“I am in my early 60’s, was recently retired, and had taken care of my mother for 6 months before she passed away. I felt like I was in limbo land. I have always been a career person and felt like I was just floundering my time. During Bec’s program, I acquired great knowledge about myself which allowed me to start channeling my creativity in the art world. Bec is worth her weight in gold. She gave me confidence, clarity, and tools. That is what a coach should do! She has a very supportive coaching style and is great at understanding the whole person. I would highly recommend any woman, especially going through a ‘season’ of change, to reach out to her. I am blessed our paths have crossed. She is indeed exceptional.”

On working with Bec: “Each session was smooth, fun, and delightful. Bec presents the topics as a friend/mentor; in a way that indicates that she has been there/done that and wants to sincerely help other achieve happiness and greatness in their lives.”

Was surprised to get this from the program: “To learn what my personality strengths and weaknesses are as opposed to what I thought they were.”

“Bec poured into us, showing us how to bloom in both our professional and personal lives. My favorite lesson focused on limiting beliefs. Actually writing out my limiting beliefs showed me how much I was holding back and limiting my own success. She helps you through the process of actually re-writing the scripts running through your brain - to help you BLOOM.”

“Bec provides insight, motivation, and challenges you to focus on yourself. The lessons provided, activities, and discussions allowed me to gain a better understanding of myself and have confidence in who I am and where I am going. You will not regret one minute of this experience and will walk away feeling rejuvenated and motivated to make yourself a priority.”

Biggest Takeaway: “Gratitude for my God given talents and abilities which allow me to be the best version of myself. Not everyone is going to like me, and that is okay! I am learning to LOVE myself.”

On working with Bec: “Bec brought enthusiasm and nuggets of wisdom that resonated with my soul and allowed me to ‘wake up’ to my authentic self. LOVED each and every session.”

Brittany L, Vision Board Workshop participant

“I attend Bec’s Vision Board Workshop every year because it’s a chance for me to really set my intentions for the upcoming year. I also meet some of the coolest people in the community who have the same mindset about starting off the year on the right foot.”

Geyna F, Vision Board Workshop participant

“Bec Martin has an amazing ability to create a safe, friendly community for others to meet and make new friends! Her positive outlook on life makes her events something to look forward to. In a tough world, you need a strong tribe of friends and Bec Martin is the perfect person to lead the tribe. :) “

I have been through a lot of individual and group therapy, so I have already learned a lot about myself, what makes me tick, what triggers me, etc. What I learned from Bec's coaching was less about my history and the WHY I am how I am (traditional "therapy") and more about the HOW of living this life to its fullest.

I was given the opportunity to explore what makes me who I am at the core -- my strengths, values, gifts, and what others value in me. I started to recognize themes: I am empathetic and compassionate; I enjoy and am good at working with people, and I find fulfillment in sharing my story with others.

These themes coalesced around a path forward in a new career. I floated the possibility with my group and got really encouraging feedback.

As a result of working with Bec and my co-group members, I gained the insight and the confidence to pursue first training and then employment in the Peer Support field. I recently was hired in the field and I'm working my dream job that I didn’t even know existed before my Bloom with Bec coaching!

“If you think of something kind to say to somebody, tell them. And don’t forget to put you on that list.”

It’s easy to go through your day on autopilot, zipping through your to do list, not giving much thought to those around you.

I’d like to invite you to slow down. 🐌

Take the time to look at those around you. If you see something you like, don’t hesitate to share the compliment.

You may just make somebody’s day! 🌻
